To prevent spam emails in users' inboxes, email providers use algorithms to classify email as spam or not spam. Normally, emails from Video2Edit.com are not classified as spam, because we never send unwanted emails. But some email providers' algorithms may still filter them incorrectly.
To make sure our emails go directly to your inbox, please whitelist "video2edit.com" before we send you an email. To do this, go to your email account and add us to your contacts, contact list, whitelist, or create a filter, depending on what your email provider calls it. You can remove this again at any time.

If you are using Boxbe, check your Wait List folder and manually add our email address to your Guest List. Our automated system will reject any email from Boxbe that requests manual approval.
Any email service that sends us an email requesting manual approval will be ignored by our automated system. You need to whitelist us in their system first. Please contact their support for more help.
