The image duration starts at 3 seconds and takes any whole number from 1 to 60. It applies to every image in the sequence.

Image duration sets how many seconds each picture stays on screen, anywhere from 1 to 60. Frame rate sets the frames per second of the finished video, from 1 to 120, and starts at 30.
Resize handling decides what happens to a picture that does not match the output dimensions. You can fit it inside the frame with black, white or blurred bars, fill the frame by zooming in and cropping, or stretch it to the exact size.
Width and height are given in pixels. Leave them empty and the video keeps the size of the first image in the sequence. The output format is MP4 by default, with MOV, MKV and AVI also on the list.
