No. A GIF stores frames of an image and nothing else, so there is no audio track to put the soundtrack in. If you want the sound on its own, convert the video to MP3 instead.
Only the first 2 minutes of a video become a GIF. A longer file still converts, but everything past the two minute mark is not in the result. Cut the video into pieces first and upload them together if you need the whole thing.
